This is a very high quality solid cedar topped classical guitar with a cutaway to allow easier access to the upper frets. The sound is very balanced and well suited to both classical and latin style music, as the demos below will confirm.
Again, I recorded the instrument using a coincident stereo XY pair of Rode condenser microphones, delivering excellent detail and the full acoustic tone of the instrument. However, this miking approach also ensures that the preset is fully mono compatible.
